Immortal, I think all they could give us is a worker. However, that last city is in an unroaded jungle and would not really be worth the trouble.

YES also. Dacca isn't worth pursuing, or the units we might lose to disease, and the Chinese will probably get there first. They already have a full selection of pestilental tropical hellholes to deal with.

We've already crippled them for life. Now let's just break their spirit, take their cash, and settle down for a while to rebuild. We have no need for a worthless city like Dacca.
