Adds the Burj Al Arab to the game. Current Influence with all City-States increased by 100%. +1 [ICON_GOLD] per citizen in this city. City must be built on the coast. Unlocked at Ecology

Because i don't regularly aim for a diplomatic victory, i'm not sure if this is overpowered, coming just before the UN. If you feel it is. Just tell me and i'll change the boost to influence 50%

I don't actually think this has an effect. Ambrox62's Pergammon Altar boosted CS relations by 200%, and it only doubled. I think if they are 100% they remain the same.

it worked fine when i tested it, but maybe it was because i was using thal's mod, i'll try it again without it.

Sukritact, I had a problem with the Burj. With Burj Al Arab mod activated I can't load the same savefile which has this mod; I didn't active and desactive other mods, that was not the cause. I tested if the Burj was the cause of the problem 2 times. Sorry for the inconvenience and for my bad English :S

Hey, i accidentally started working on the Burj Al Arab for my first wonder without knowing you already created a wonder for it. Would you mind if i kept it on the steam workshop? my bonuses for it once ive done it 100% will be 5 gold and a 10% culture boost to the city it was built in.
If you feel that this infringes upon you in anyway i can delete it, which i dont mind because it was just a learning experience for me. steam name is rorschach or you can find it on the steam workshop under burj al arab
