First off, I apologize if this has been previously discussed, but I could not find a thread about it.
I've been playing the OSX version of Civ 5 since it was released as I have loved the Civilization series. I purchased most of the DLC's and have them on OSX. However, I've been wanting to start getting into doing Games of the Month so I created a bootcamp partition and installed a windows version of Civ5 (yay Steam) so I can play on the current patch. Unfortunately, Steam is not recognizing my DLC purchases. Am I going to be required to repurchase the DLC's for Windows because I thought I bought as a cross platform option like Civ5? Anyone else have this issue?

That doesn't make sense. Your DLC should be there.

I've purchased some of my DLC through Steam, and more of it through GameAgent (and typing in codes in Steam). I've accessed my DLC on my Mac running OS X, another Mac in boot camp, and another PC, without issue.

While the PC version is a little out of my jurisdiction, the DLC should work on both. If you download Civ5 on the PC partition, is it simply not installing any DLC, but the game works?
You should also be able to right click on the game in the Library, and view a list of the DLC you have bought to confirm.

That seems to be the issue. It shows all DLC under the menu when I right click however it just didn't install it. When I go to the steam page it says I have already purchased it and just gives me the "Play Now" button. Civ5 works fine however.
Update: Played a game and ran into the Mongols and Denmark but I don't have either scenario or playable civ available on the menus. I realize this is most likely a steam support issue but I was posting here to see if anyone else had encoutered this issue before.

One thing you should know is that you don't install DLC "separately".. Steam basically treats it as an optional patch. If you have a "Play Now" button for Civ 5, your purchased DLC should have already downloaded.
I can't imagine why you would see DLC civs in-game but not see their scenario, though. Weird. Steam support will probably tell you to delete the local files and have it redownload the game.
