not sure if I bought the last DLC, but can't seem to find out which ones I have. is there a place where I can see which DLC's I have?

Steam-Library - Richt-klick on Civ5 - choose the last option (properties? I´ve no idea what it is in English...) Then there will be a table, where you can see your DLCs and where do you have them from.

But you also can start a game and look whether you can play with the civ, maps or wonders. ;)

Denmark, Korea, Mongols, Polynesia, Babylon, Spain & Inca and Ancient Wonders. is that all the DLC's, except of the maps?

Yes, but also get the explorers map pack. It adds a lot of more interesting maps. Especially continents plus and pangaea plus.
