I can't install the PTW addon. The Installshield Wizard starts, but then stops with this error message:

"Incompatible version of the RPC Stub. Setup will now terminate".

Nothing I do makes any difference. Does anyone have any idea on what's wrong and how I can fix it please? Thanks!

I've since discovered the problem and was able to rectify it thanks to an exe file from Microsoft. Thank god for that!
