I think we will need sub-forums once this game gets under way, so I am starting this thread as a FRIENDLY petition to TF. I have not asked him yet, I am waiting until everyone voice their support for the idea here. Strength in numbers. We will need three.

Polls
Citizens

I agree on having the Citizens Polls and Government sub-forums in.

Hmm, any signs of an RPG sub-forum poping up ;).

Honestly, I think we're lucky to have THIS forum, if any at all. I was almost sure we would have to go 'off-shore' for a private place to discuss.
Don't push your luck, Goonie. If this the first Civ3 Demogame survived three terms without subfora, along with the Civ2 demogame, which is entering a third game without them, we will survive also.

You are right, Octavian. Maybe that's why I nominated you. You always know what is going on.

@Goonie- He's right buddy. Thunderfall wouldn't do it.

@Goonie- I agree with Octavian. Both of us have been doing fine in the Civ2 DG with only one forum. However, I still think this one should be private.

Does that mean we cant try? Persistance is the most powerfull thing in the world.

There is really no need for subforums. As has been said, the demogame survived without them for awhile.

Then, I guess the coucil thread will become the planning thread, and the main forum the embassies thread...

No, this forum wont be secure. The citizen registry, elections, Judicial reviews, etc that don't give away anything about us ingame shall be posted here, while instruction threads and government offices will be in the high council.

I'm sure we'll be fine without sub forums. The other games did.

GbM, do you really want un-registered citizens voting in our elections?

Our High Council sub-forum is secure and that is where elections and polls should take place.

The main subforum should be a "welcoming mat", where treaties and such can be negotiated.
