I like the design of your site, and I'd like to support. BUT it is a bit heavy with pop-ups and the registration is a little tiresome, with full adress required etc. I rarely do that, because I fear I might be sent all kind of spam mail.

Like I'm gonna go to all that trouble and not even look at it to see if it works. ;) That probably happened when CFC changed formats. It really screwed things up in that respect. :crazyeyes: If you go to the Off-Topic archives, you'll see a lot of that sort of thing.

basically, for some odd reason the account has been deleted I think. Whether this was an act of the hackers or of the host I do not know. Currently, I am trying to install a back up fora until the account is remade.

If you have the chance to move it, it might be a good idea. So far it doesn't seem like the current site is too stable. Up, then down, then up, then before everyne can stop being happy it is up again, it is down again. :(

Nope, they were free. That's the problem -finding another free host that supports php and mySQL :(

We are back in business, on a new server that will work (hopefully). We changed host and are no more affiliate with paradoxsims. In case anyone is worried.wondering what the deal over at GC, well lets just say it is a bit more serious than just a freak downtime... Some really bad stuff happened. ( I dont think Im at liberty to say what *scared*) and we might have some problems when we get everything back up, possibly losing data from the past month or more. :( I will keep anyone who is interested informed of any new devolpments.

Actually, I made a foolish attempt to convert the old ezboard to phpbb, but failed miserably. The syntax and the way ezboard are built makes them awful if you want to switch to something else. Most of the time, there's no way out. The theme was deleted because I thought it was the reason why the converter bugged down. I was wrong. Conclusion : To anyone, stay away from ezboard...

Gamecatcher proudly present the newest additions to our gaming activities:

Play classic titles like Asteroids or Tetris, one of the many clones of such games or also new ones just waiting for you to master them. Compete with other forum members for the highscores and ultimately become a trophy holder in your favority game! :yeah:

The Arcade is fully implemented into the forum, so you´ll surely be recognized as a champion wherever you go. ;)
For now I have installed over 10 games, but more will surely follow. Of course feel free to start discussing with fellow players about these games (http://www.gamecatcher.net/fora/viewforum.php?f=29). Sooner or later we´ll also need polls to decide which games to keep.
If you have a little free time or feel bored once in a while, this is the ideal activity to keep you occupied. ;)

And I have also installed the latest version of NGS, from now on known only under the name:
