What has been the two other names?
Is New Union of Fanatica one, or is it New United Fanatica? Was the first game called Fanatica? I can never remeber them:(

How about the Third Reich? Or maybe not...:(

My suggestion: Fantastic Fanatics. :D

Maybe we should wait to see if we decide on any particular twists to this game (city limit, etc.) to see if there's some clever name that would apply.

Either way, for the time being, I propose: Commonwealth of Fanatican Cities (CFC).

Um...where I work, "UFG" stands for something quite different! (Un:nono:Good!) Although if we were choose deity+1 and barbarian wrath, that might be appropriate!

I like that is pays homage to this great site by using it's acronym, but sounds better than the Sons of Fanatic Colonists proposed for last game (which grew out of landing a spaceship in the first game, so made some sense then, but not now)

Let's restart this thread.

All the prior names that were voted on were too long.

As it stands right now, our name for the game had to be shortened to 'Common Fanatican Cities'.

If we can come up with an improved name before the elections are over, we can have it changed for the game.

Discuss for a couple days then a new poll will be opened.

Name must be 23 characters (including spaces) max.

I stick with 'Fanatic Federation'..., that is 18 characters

I prefer the plan posted in the poll thread: Call ourselves Fanatica in the game, but refer to ourselves in the forum as "The Commonwealth of Fanatical Cities"
