Hello, chaps!
I've been playing my edited version of Exile's Imperialism scenario, and was reading the notes.
I discovered a line that made me think, based on something I noticed in game...
Playing as Britain, I naturally have a global empire with many trade units going to New York.
Usually after gaining "Militarism" (space flight) all the over civs become hostile with me...
In previous games as other civs, the US normally starts to get insolent around this time and
demands money or techs...This time, though, they are worshipful to the Brits, no drop in relations!
Even stealing a city or rebuffing demands has not stopped the love...:D
Exile says in his notes that a lot of trade with a civ increases relations...In this scenario it seems to be true.
But I am thinking it must take A LOT of trade to achieve this?
Any opinions?
:)
