I have a problem. The other fats NEVER build satilites even on Trancend in fact i have never had a purpose to build an orbital defense pod b/c they never build them. Sometimes i give other factions spaceflight in hopes that they will build s. PLEASE help no matter what i do they just wont build them!!!

I have seen AI factions build satillites, barely enough for target practice though.

A few times, usually when they got Spaceflight/Advnc Spflgt before me. Then I busted them up and that was the end of that.

It's really difficult to see AI factions build satellites. The only ones I have seen are Sky Hydroponics Labs, even on Trascend and with all techs that allow them.

But I ALWAYS build at least 3 or 4 Orbital Defense Pods after getting Self-aware Machines: protection from Fungus and Tectonics charges, and most important, from Busters! http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/aargh4.gif
