A small project since MTC seems to have died off and I promised I'd multitask. For once, I am streamlining the game.

Basic rules are well known. Be respectful, don't violate forum rules, and remember that the God Mobian (GM) is supreme. Failure to follow these rules can result in suspension and eventually banning. I'm a nice guy though so don't worry!

==Starting Out==

Pick 25 territories. Every 5 territories you own gives you another attack each turn. Attacks are used to conquer both occupied and neutral territory.

Expansion is simply a matter of having your army attack a neutral territory. You can expand anywhere, though anywhere not on your home continent incurs the distance penalty - you can only claim five provinces overseas in a single turn. There are no naval or air wing units.

==Battle==

Quite simply when two nations claim the same province or attack eachother, a battle ensues. An RNG from 1 to 6 determines the outcome, with the defender always winning ties RISK-style.

Every unused move each turn (your moves is provinces / 5) will increase your defense by +1 for 5 battles.

That's all.

==Other Stuff==

There are no NPCs at gamestart though they can be created from inactive nations or carved from conquered territory.

Roleplay will be rewarded with goodies, such as better luck in combat, over disputed territories, or extra territory. There is also the ultimate reward: it keeps players interested.

As for where the game goes? Well, you decide that. Unite the world through war or diplomacy, the choice is yours.

After what seemed like only five minutes, the light vanished. The knights opened their eyes and saw the the world around them has changed. Camelot was the same, but in the distance, a huge mountain chain could be seen. Mountains, in Britain. They were also unlike any other rocks Arthur or the knights have seen, tall and narrow, almost as if they were scraping the sky in anger. He always walked in at the tail-end of the discussion; they always seemed to upset the man immensely. He began to suspect that the regularity of the scenario was no coincidence; that like so much else in their world, they continually acted out variations on a common theme.

The physician, face trembling, clicked his heels and stepped out of the room as if wounded; the door shut softly behind him. The man stepped forward, taking a breath; no matter how familiar he was with the routine, he always approached these reports with trepidation.

"We managed to secure a starting zone in Prussia," he began, "But we are literally right next door to another country."

The Leader shook his head, visibly vexed. "I thought I'd specified we should start in open land." He thrust his hand forward. "A peaceful beginning!" The man straightened his posture a little as the Leader's voice quickly turned aggressive. "Instead we're butting heads on Day One!" he barked, jabbing a finger downward. As he continued, he made short circular motions with his right hand as it stretched further and further over the desk. "That idiot's trying to get us killed before this game's even begun! God damn it!" he exclaimed, throwing a short punch at the air.

He pointed sharply to his adjutant: "Bring me Fegelein!" he shouted. "FEGELEIN!!" Hitler repeated, banging on the desk for emphasis as he rose to his feet; "FEGELEIN!! FEGELEIN!!"

The Stevenson family made there way down the streets of Las Cruces in south New Mexico. They numbered four, a man, a woman, a young woman around the age of sixteen, and a small child, who was female, and was currently held in her mother's arms. They laughed and joked with each other, talked, and did things any normal family would do. As they approached the corner, they saw two soldiers standing by it, talking to each other and keeping guard. They passed the guards, but the young child's eye lingered on the guards as they passed. The child turned to face her mother and asked a question.

The other poster featured a close up of a Latino man's face who was sneering. Behind him, a great fire was pictured, as if an entire village was being burned to the ground. Everyone recognized who he was, El Diablo, leader of the Southern Raiders. The words on it read: He arrived from the gates of hell, and we are here to send him on back in!

After everyone looked at the posters, the man went on, "These men, the army, punish the bad men who threaten our great country. Traitors are sent to these remote places, where very bad stuff happens. Very bad. But they threaten everything we know and love, and it is necessary to punish them like this. They knew the risks were they tried to face us and try to, but they refused to listen. It cost them everything.

The girl frowned, and said, "Like the Ramirezs?

"Yes, the betrayed our country and paid the price, I am very sorry for them, but it had to be done."

Three explores looked at the sea. One of them, Juan (who was the smart one) looked out and said "Look over here guys! We now have the entire land mass to our selves!" The second explorer told the third one "Hey, maybe we can ditch this guy and claim the reward for ourselves."

"No way!" Said the third explorer. "We can not betray our friend like this. Well, not at this time anyway."

The Centennial Phoenix finally arrived into downtown New Port City after traveling lightyears from Solitude, Nova Terra. The starship landed at the heleport and minutes later, the newly elected Chancellor of the Republic, Hanna Antilles landed and disembarked from her personal ship. Hanna, flanked by Tifa Lockhart and a protocall droid, looked at the cityscape. The old city of Tokyo and Kyoto reminded Hanna of the galactic capital on Solitude back on Nova Terra.

"Hanna" Tifa said as the trio walked down the stairs "We need to establish diplomatic relations with nations in the Pacific Realm"

Hanna, paused for a moment "I take it were not alone on this planet. I thought whatever caused the world to go into a blank slate".

Tifa nodded to the Chancellor, then continued onward to the Chancellery in New Port City. Hanna was informed of the The Mystic Lands of Hawai, Aussieland, and Democratic Kampuchea. "They should be our first priority as we expand. We should remain with friendly relations with each other." Hanna then looks towards the skyline facing west, then started their trek to the Chancellery. "Tifa, I'd like you to take my ship, the Centennial Phoenix and make a trek across the Pacific Realm to establish diplomatic relations."

"I will get on it" Tifa said, then returned back to the Centennial Phoenix.

"Quite a few; if you'd taken the time to learn the history of IOT, you'd know North America's fate is set in stone within the first five turns. You should consider yourself lucky nobody went for Poland."

"Consider my boot up your ass if you <redacted> our claims up again," he snapped.

"Speaking of ass-kicking, shouldn't you be brushing up on your Super Hitler Kart skills? I believe I'm scheduled to pwn you again in a couple of hours."

With a huff, Hitler spun on his heels and marched back to his office. Rounding a corner, he nearly collided with Burgdorf. "Ah," he said, briefly regaining his composure, "Call up whoever's in charge of Denmark and let's see if we can't secure a non-aggression treaty. Like hell I'm letting Fegelein screw us over this early."

Without waiting for a reply, he continued down the hall. Burgdorf approached Fegelein. "He has a point about the claims," he said.

"You don't win if you don't take risks," he shrugged. "If we left it to him, we wouldn't claim anything beyond this bunker."

"Point," concede Burgdorf, taking a seat beside the Obergruppenführer. "So, you gonna school him in Super Hitler Kart tonight?"

Economics 101: Humans respond to incentives.

Even simple trade agreements can score RP points. Generally, the more effort you put in(detailing agreements, more in depth diplomacy, narratives, anything that takes more than a few moments) the more RP points you can score.

The Conference room was stuffy and oppressive. Jaij Cingjo, Moqrak diplomat for this meeting, stood by the towering window. It was much hotter there, but he could see the lake, and better imagine the cool water waiting for him when this meeting was over... The doors of the room swished open with a muffled swoosh. Jaij turned quickly, and pushed all thoughts of cool, cool water to the back of his mind.

"Madam Zanzibar Diplomat, Mister Zulu Diplomat. Welcome to Moqrak City. Please, sit." The diplomats from the various nations sat, and when they has settled heavily in their chairs, so did Jaij. He began, "As you know, the continent of Africa was one of the hardest hit by the Catastrophe." The diplomats nodded darkly. "Well, the Emperor feels that we must prevent a recurrence at all costs. Therefore, he has instructed me to present you with a proposal."

Both diplomats inclined their heads his way. They were fully focused on him now. "I have been instructed to offer your nations (Zanzibar, New Zulu) trade treaties, and invite you formally to a Covference on Africa's future to be held here in Moqrak City."

The Zulu diplomat addressed Jaij forcefully. "We will have to consult our governments."

"I understand." Jaij just couldn't wait to get to the lake.

Bhumiratha was a prince of Sindhusthana, the land of the Sindhi. His uncle was Shri Devamitra II, the King of Sindhusthana and a fearsome yet reasonable man.

He was called to the Royal Palace in Karachi by his uncle to perform an important task. When he arrived, the guards directed him into the King's quarters, where Bhumiratha found his uncle playing chaturanga by himself. King Devamitra took notice of his arrival and began to speak.

"Ah, my nephew. Your travel was safe, I hope. There is a task which must be trusted to you. You must lead some number of our people, I'm not exactly sure who, to claim the land around Haridwar as our own."

"The holy site? Of course, Your Majesty," replied Bhumiratha.

"We have not finished. Here is why I must have someone I trust. You must also bring to us Baluchisthana (Balochistan) and Pathanisthana (Pasthunistan)," continued the King.

"But has not the Persian government asked us not to claim these lands? Would we not upset them?"

"The Persians have said little and explained less. If the Persian government is unwilling to clarify their intentions, then we cannot possibly judge them. These lands were once part of the Indus Valley Civilization, who were Sindhi people, not Persian. They were also part of the Mauryan Empire under Ashoka."

"Ashoka, though Great, was not Sindhi, uncle."

"And he was also not Persian, nephew," said the King. "The Seleucid Empire did not own these lands, nor the Khwarezmids, yet these are the great Persian dynasties.
The people who reside in those regions are not Persian, but the Baluchi (Baloch) and Pathani (Pashtuns), who are both very close culturally to the Sindhi people.

Therefore, it is our nation which has the legitimate right to them. There is no reason to be upset by this action.

But we are still just and fair. We shall offer them a treaty that would promise non-hostility towards their people as well as promote commerce between our nations, which may calm their fears. In fact, send this message to every nation that borders the Indian Ocean, as well as those who reside in the region of Eastern Asia. Now be swift, nephew, as I have many other plans."

And so Bhumiratha set off for these lands, which would soon become under the rule of the most noble and tranquil Sindhusthana.

Ejiki Yaqesh, the New Zulu representative, took his seat in the conference. His palms were sweaty, in the hopes he would get a good amount of land for the New Zulu Empire to claim. Jaij Cingjo, the Moqrak representative, was a friend of his. The Zanzibar representative, whom he had absent-mindedly forgot their name, seemed to be running late.

Cingjo had started the conference by giving her idea of what the zones should be. After a bit of thought, Yaqesh responded with his idea. He proposed basically what Cingjo had, but in his idea each power got more land to claim.

The conference ended well, with one of the proposals being decided on. As Yaqesh exited the room, he hoped the Zulu Empire would accept the claims. Wait, he knew they would.

The Centennial Phoenix arrives into the city of Sydney, Aussieland. Hanna's assistant, Tifa Lockhart, along with a Republic Diplomat disembarked the ship and met with the Aussieland's emissaries. The two exchanged greetings.

"I'm here on behalf of the Republic of Coruscant to offer the people of Aussieland a trade deal and a NAP" Tifa said as she hands the Aussieland diplomat the tablet for him to sign. "Chancellor Hanna thought it would be best for both of our nations to foster and forge a healthy relationship between each other."

The Aussieland diplomat looks at the tablet interface, ready to make his signature "I'm sure both the Republic and the Aussieland would look forward to a healthy trading relationship in the future." The diplomat then signs on the dotted line on the tablet interface and returns the device back to Tifa.

"I'm sure eventually, we might form a pan-Pacific alliance sometime in the future" Tifa said with a smile.

"I hope so as well" The Aussieland diplomat said as Tifa returns back aboard the Centennial Phoenix.

Meanwhile, back in New Port City. Chancellor Hanna received an unexpected guest. Bhumiratha from the Most Tranquil Kingdom of Sindhustan.

"What brings you to the Republic..." Hanna said

"Oh, forgive me madam. I am Bhumiratha prince of Sindhusthana, the land of the Sindhi. I was sent here on behalf of the Most Tranquil Kingdom of Sindhustan" Sindustan said while taking a bow towards the Chancellor. He then straightened himself up and offered Hanna the proposal "Madam, the Most Tranquil Kingdom of Sindhustan wishes to offer to the Republic a trade deal and a Non-Aggression Pact."

Hanna thought for a moment, knowing that the Sindhustan is too far from the Asian manland to be of an issue. Then smiled at the Sindhustan prince "We would be happy to accept these deals."

"Excellent" Bhumiratha said in joy passes the parchment paper to the Chancellor for her to sign. Hanna signs the document itself then asks her Secretary of State to copy it into the Foreign Affairs database.

Elsewhere, the Kure Naval Arsenal launched a Ragnarok-Class Super Battleship christened the Yamato. The Yamato's sister ship, the Ayane is expected to be launched within a month or two. The Yamato takes it's named sake from the Japanese World War II Battleship. The Republic, situated in the Japanese Islands, has placed importance on being a seafaring nation and importance in maritime traditions. This has come as a non-issue due to the spacefaring experience the Republic has gained during the time of the Cataclysm.

A Short History:

Ever since the British Empire had retreated from its interests in the Indies the Hadley Dynasty had represented the last remnant of European colonialism.

During the Empire days the Hadleys had been a well landed family with extensive holdings in Ceylon and southern India. They controlled a large amount of the trade in Indian Teas, spices and other such products that were in high demand back on the continent; this is where we get the famous Tea blend Lady Hadley from.

Following the disillusionment of the British Raj the family found itself operating in strangely different circumstances. Their holdings in India and Ceylon were now unprotected from the possible threat of the New Indian Government reclaiming the land for the natives of the land. This threat combined with the political and economic know how of Timothy Hadley - the current leader of the family - pushed the family into motion. Deal and transactions were made and the corrupt Indian Government was manipulated into allowing the rich European family to maintain their hold over the territory they had accumulated.

However 24 years later the Indian Government collapsed in on itself. Political and social turmoil had lead to the decline and demise of all bureaucratic processes and centralized administration. This was due in no small proportion to further manipulation by Timothy Hadley who ensured that the Government would never get powerful enough to challenge the Hadley's dominance of Southern India.

During the collapse the northern province of Sindh broke away and declared itself independent. Meanwhile in the south Timothy Hadley took complete control of the shattered remnants of the Indian Government and declared the formation of the Most Serene and Glorious Empire of the Hadley Dynasty. The Empire initially only contained the lands which had been owned by the Hadleys however this encompassed most of Southern India and was not an empire to be sniffed at.

Today the Empire is a thriving community of trade a culture, fulled by its exports of spices, rare tea blends and other Indian delicacies it represents a major trading power in the world with connections throughout Europe and Asia that it can heartily rely on. The only current problems it faces are the challenges of the separatist Sindh state which not only represents a political and military obstacle but also challenges the Hadley's almost complete monopoly of Indian goods.

Sindhusthana accepts the trade offer of the Hadley Dynasty, and does not retract its offer of NAP.

Bhumiratha was a prince of Sindhusthana, the land of the Sindhi. His uncle was Shri Devamitra II, the King of Sindhusthana and a fearsome yet reasonable man.

He was called to the Royal Palace in Karachi by his uncle to perform an important task. When he arrived, the guards directed him into the King's quarters, where Bhumiratha found his uncle playing chaturanga by himself. King Devamitra took notice of his arrival and began to speak.

"Ah, my nephew. Your travel was safe, I hope. There is a task which must be trusted to you. You must lead some number of our people, I'm not exactly sure who, to claim the land around Haridwar as our own."

"The holy site? Of course, Your Majesty," replied Bhumiratha.

"We have not finished. Here is why I must have someone I trust. You must also bring to us Baluchisthana (Balochistan) and Pathanisthana (Pasthunistan)," continued the King.

"But has not the Persian government asked us not to claim these lands? Would we not upset them?"

"The Persians have said little and explained less. If the Persian government is unwilling to clarify their intentions, then we cannot possibly judge them. These lands were once part of the Indus Valley Civilization, who were Sindhi people, not Persian. They were also part of the Mauryan Empire under Ashoka."

"Ashoka, though Great, was not Sindhi, uncle."

"And he was also not Persian, nephew," said the King. "The Seleucid Empire did not own these lands, nor the Khwarezmids, yet these are the great Persian dynasties.

"What do you mean my soon to be son in law is gone?" The old man croaked, his voice a mere shadow of the greatness he once had held.

"Dad, he's gone," The young girl at his bedside, only 24 years old, held his wrinkled hand in her soft, youthful and warm palms, and said in a voice that flowed like a beautiful stream through the hills and dales, "We don't know where yet, we don't know who took him, we don't know much at all..."

The old man stirred his head and rasped out inquisitively "You suspect foul play Beth?"

"Yes Dad," Beth replied "We're almost certain."

"Good dear," The man looked into his daughter's eyes, he smiled. "I know how deeply in love you two are, I will see thee wed with him before I leave this mortal coil." He noticed a tear form in the corner of her eye, trickle down her cheek, he knew she was sad for more reason's that one. "He will come home. I know that nothing can separate the two of you."

Beth swallowed and wiped the tear away. "Thank you father."

Just then there was a knock on the ornate hardwood door that lead into the elegant room and a voice from the other side called out "Lady Beth, it is almost time to meet with the council; it would be inadvisable to keep them waiting."

The old man nodded to his daughter "You better be off dear. Remember, play them off against one another, know there strengths and weaknesses and especially take note of whom supports whom."

She smiled, "I know father."

He chuckled to himself, "I'm sure you do. But they didn't call me Timothy the Shrewd for nothing..."

"Well Dad, you'll always be Dad to me." She stood and turned towards the door, the person on the other side was knocking again. "I'll be back soon, to tell you the whole story." She began to walk away from the bed.

As Beth reached the door her farther called out from behind her, "We'll make you the greatest Hadley ever to have lived my dear." She smiled to herself and pulled open the large doors.




Outside she was met by Harold Layton, the secretariat of state and chief of external and internal political affairs. "Good morning Lady Hadley, sorry to interrupt you."

"No need to apologise Mr Layton, the needs must be met." She brushed off the remnants of the tear and ran her fingers through her long brown hair trying to compose herself. She was the most powerful woman in India, Beth Hadley, and as her beloved farther was dying in his bed she was meant to be running the country. However not all had been going well, her fiance had been kidnapped by an unknown assailant and she was tired, sad and she missed him dearly. "Any news yet regarding Mr. Findlay?"

Layton shook his head sadly "Sorry Lady, all we know is that it was defiantly a kidnap but so far we have received no ransom note and the investigation of the crime scene is ongoing."

Beth looked saddened, almost depressed; the bags under her eyes also hinted at the lack of sleep she had been getting recently and if one looked close you could even see a slight red tint, she obviously missed her fiance more than she was letting on. She tried to change the topic quickly to one of more geopolitical nature "Tell me, what news is there of this new successor state that is rising in Sindh?"

"It is a state, we don't really know much more yet..." He replied.

"We are openly trading with them correct?"

"Yes..." Leyton replied and shuffled about a few papers in the armful he was carrying before producing a neatly bound letter stamped with the seal of the Most Tranquil Kingdom of Sindhustan. "They are also offering some sort of mutual agreement of non aggression."

"What?" Beth looked confused.

"Presumably they want to secure their southern border by ensuring that there will never be aggression between our two peoples. However they do still control a significant proportion of the continent and thus its resources; it would then perhaps be of more interest to the Hadley family if we were to wipe them of the face of the Earth and reclaim our state as true successors to the Indian nation."

Beth shook her head, "It isn't the Hadley way..." Leyton looked on inquisitively, "We made deals that benefit us, manufacture situations to benefit us. Yes we want to maintain the India monopoly set up by my forefathers but we don't want a war. But we can't have this agreement weighing us down if they intend to get in the way of our Monopoly. You see the problem?"

"Yes..." The pair of them paused in thought, running both of their brilliant and near unparalleled minds through the options. A moment later Leyton spoke again "If we had their assurance..."

Beth nodded, "Exactly what I was just thinking. We accept the agreement of mutual peace and coexistence on the promise that all their goods must be first traded through our own centers of trade and ports."

"A brilliant idea." Replied Leyton, adjusting the odd and precariously balance spectacles on his nose. "It could work..."

"Make a reply. Be quick."

He gave a curt nod, "Naturally."

Beth quickly turned the topic again, not wasting a moment to dwell on that one problem. "You've also heard of the tension in Europe?"

Leyton sighed "Yes, it appears that France wants us to take sides in this conflict."

Beth gave him a look as if to say you already know my response, "The Hadleys have always been neutral in European conflict. We will supply all sides with the fruits of our continent and we will not be run aground through the petty bickering of the European realpolitiking. It is none of our business. We are a family of trade, not a mercenary band."

Leyton nodded, "Very good."

"There is something else of import Mr. Leyton." She spoke now a bit more quietly, "I've decided to ride with a hunch that the chief investigator had."

"Oh?" Leyton had heard about this but had made nothing of it at the time, that the Lady would bring it up now surprised him.

"He suspects that there may be an element of this connected with a criminal cartel that we have reason to believe operates out of a location in the Coruscant Republic." Beth pause, thinking, "I want to open up negotiations with the Republic, I want to ensure some sort of Co-prosperity agreement and also work on the possibility of a defensive alliance as well. You must not divulge this to anyone you understand." For the past few moments she had been talking in almost a whisper. "I'm going to have to hope that we can get our investigation teams working together on this case. If the hunch is right then we have the building blocks for a continued relationship our nations."

"Leyton," She continued, "I want you to organise a state visit to the Coruscant Republic. I want to bring the entire wealth of our nation, our cultural and mineral wealth. I want this to be a real show to them that we are a truly enlightened people. No need to mention alliances yet... Just throw in a note about possible trade. I want this to be something the Republic will remember for generations."

"I'll get right on it." Leyton replied, beaming wildly.

Beth dismissed him with the wave of a hand.

This is going to be my world, she though to herself, A good and beautiful world, truly I will make this world into a world that is worthy of Lady Beth Hadley.

Hanna hasn't seen such an influx of diplomacy since her days as a Senator many years ago. A visitor from The Most Serene and Glorious Empire of the Hadley Dynasty named Leyton, made a state visit to the Chancellor herself.

"I've never expected to see such an influx of diplomacy" Hanna said to her State Secretary

"Well, there certainly vying for our attention" Hanna's State Secretary said

"Well, bring in Leyton" Hanna said "I'm sure it's going to be another trade deal."

Leyton entered into Hanna's office with a document in his hand. The gentlemen introduced himself to the Chancellor "Greetings Chancellor Hanna. I am Leyton from The Most Serene and Glorious Empire of the Hadley Dynasty. I come to offer a trade deal to the Republic."

Hanna, moved by the proposal accepted the trade deal "May this trade deal improve the relations between our two nations". Then Leyton shook the Chancellor's hand.

Later in the day, Hanna was approached by a dignitary from the Russian Empire. Hanna looked at the dignitary with confusion when he referred the Republic as "Japan". Though in the back of her mind would be justified since the Republic did incorporated Japanese culture and language into their own.

"I would like to offer you Serbian oil in exchange for your cars."

Hanna, preparing her documentations, then looked at the dignitary from Russia "We'd be happy to extend a trade deal to Russia." Hanna then looks on the screen detailing the regional map and turns the screen to the dignitary "Since you are here, we'd like to negoitate on borders. We'd like it if you don't expand into the territories that are Traditionally in Japanese hands and not into Korea and the eastern portion of China."

"I'll discuss this with our leader back in Russia, but I am happy about this trade deal that we've made.

As the dignitary from Russia left Hanna's office. She noticed tensions brewing in Europe with the The French Commune showing signs of distrust to the Downfall Gang. Seeing the situation is a non-issue to the Republic Hanna said to herself "It's best that we don't get involved in European affairs. So long as were not involved." Immediately taking a non-interventionist stance outside the Pacific Realm.

Just popping in to say that during the next two days, and after spring break (which begins on Thursday), I am not allowed on the computer until I get my grades up (but don't worry guys, its only in two subjects). So after the 16th, NPC me.

It was in this political mess that Russia neededto negotiate a peacefull outcome. The Warlord of Omsk controlled Novosibirsk and Omsk, and railway between the cities, while the Kazakhs held everything south of the railway.

The Warlord was placed there by Moscows army when they had libirated part of the region, but the Army of Kazan placed their own governor when they came weaks later. The locals lost trust in government by European Russia as St Petersburg placed their governor in place of the Kazan governor. The local revolted, and the Omsk warlord came to power through a military coup. At the same time, the European armies withdrew after they learned that we had stopped the Ural horde. Elements of the horde and local Kazakhs formed their own government in the city of Kuybyshev, west of Novosibirsk. The two sides fought a sereis of minor battles, after which an uneasy peace ensued.



Now the three leaders were seated around a table to discuss the fate of the all important city. Attaman Karimov of the Kazakhs, Kolchak of the Siberians and Kamnev of the Omsk warlord. It was an uncertain discussion. Siberia had offered the locals acces to Oil, Cars, iron and other necissary resources, but negotiations were slow. Meanwhile, in the library where General Ayane has been reviewing the status and expantion of the Japanese mainland and starting to expand into the Koreas. Flipping through the papers one by one.

"Ii", Then she flips to the next paper "Totemo yokatta!" Suddenly, there was a knocking at the library door. Ayane turns around and addresses the door "Nan desu ka!!?"

A Republic Army soldier, dressed in a NCO dress uniform, enters the library "Hawaijin no gaikoukan ha anata ni aitai."

Ayane then looks towards the floor, wondering why Hanna is sending a diplomat from Hawai to meet with her. Then remembers about the Defense Pact that Hanna has signed earlyer in the week. She then turns to the solder "Kare o hikiire te kudasai". As the solder exits the library, Ayane sat back in her chair. Thinking and looking at the ceiling. Realizing that she is soon up to be a Chancellor in the future thought quick on her feet to make her group presentable to the dignitary from Hawai. She quickly gets up from her chair and grabs a box of medals. "Koko ni ki" she said while passing the medals to her two officers with her. "Teisai ga yokunaru hitsuyou ga arimasu." Ayane muttered to her officers as everyone checks on the condition of their uniforms "Saisho no gaikou keiken o shippai shtaku arimasen. Sorera o inshoudukeru hitsuyou."

Ayane then turns to the Secretary of State and rushes to him. "Anata! Watashi to issho!" Ayane said as she guides and proceeds to shove him into a closet, "Kurōzetto no naibu dee, NOW!!!". Before Ayane closes the closet door on the Secretary of State, she said to him "Tani ni chuui" before finally closing the door on him. Ayane then swiftly returns back to take her position between the General and the Admiral "Hait te kudasai".

Three Hawaiian diplomats walk into the library and stood infront of the table. Ayane gives a respectful nod and extends her hand to offer the visiting diplomats a seat. Everyone then takes their seat and Ayane opens the discussion "I heard that you've opened up a defensive pact with the Republic."

"Yes that is true, I take it your chancellor has brought you up to speed. I'd figure since were both seafaring powers in the Pacific, that it would be wise to set up this sort of pact between our two nations" The diplomat said.

Ayane, clasps her hands. She first glances at the computer tablet next to her, then to the diplomat. "Yes, I was brought up to speed on this and I agree with the proposal that Hanna signed." Ayane thought for a moment and continues "I hope the Hawaiians understand the Republic's Sphere of Influence lies in the control of the islands that were traditionally Japanese."

The Diplomat waited for a second, then acknowledges the SoI that the Republic has announced "We've seen the proposal your Chancellor has proposed and we find that they are reasonable and would not interfere with our expansion in the Pacific."

"Good" Ayane then turns to the Admiral next to her. The Admiral then turns and nods to the Diplomat. Soon the General gave the Diplomat a nod while Ayane steeples her fingers.

"Moving on..." the diplomat pauses for a second, then continues "...while I am here..." he then proceeded to dig into his briefcase and pulls out the signed document "...here is the signed document. I'd figure you wanted to see it for yourself. Considering the word in the Republic that you're up for an electoral run in the future".

"I never thought Hanna would do this now" Ayane hands back the paper to the diplomat "The only thing I knew was she is running for the Governor of the Sol system."

Dissatisfaction was running rampant in Port Hadley.

I will accept the second, if you let me claim the Netherlands next turn. But i dont want a democracy. Spain is an absolute monarchy and my people will revolt against their King and ask for democracy. Democracy is a word forbidden in Spain. But we shall accept your offer, if the elected government has to be a approved by the King, before it can rule. Later that afternoon, the Republic received the note from the Downfall Gang. Hanna Antilles started to read through. She then gets up with a shocked face and heads to gather up her Cabinet and make copies of the document. An hour later, Hanna's Cabinet assembled in her office. Though the note has caught the irk of General Ayane.

"Who the hell does the Downfall Gang think it is?!" Ayane said as she snaps the paper flat. Hanna's Cabinet members flinched. They know that General Ayane is a hard woman who does not take crap from anyone, but they never thought to experience it first hand.

Ayane, crumples her copy of the document in her hand "This paper of his? Isn't fit to wipe my ass! I would sooner spit on the grave of my dead mother than let some Fuehrer-walk-the-Earth-%#$# talk to me like that. His parodies aren't his to copy-write, He does not own them!". She then throws the paper into the trash "Who does he think he is? The creator of SOPA!?" Ayane then walks to the side of Hanna's desk, she began to glare her eyes at the Secretary of State "How the $#% did that kusojijii kechi know about the meeting that took place between myself and the Hawaiian dignitaries?!"

"They assumed that, given the situation you were in. They assumed that you were nicking 'there game'" Hanna said as she tries to calm her daughter-in-law

Ayane then folds her arms and leans backwards "It sounds to me they have spies poking around into other nations' business. Ayane scans the room and noticing people around her, expecting her to do something. "Are you all expecting me to throw pencils on the table like Hitler did?". Ejiki Yaqesh entered the limousine with his brother, Ogadu Yaqesh VI, and 3 other Zulu representatives. His brother was the president of the new Zulu Empire, which was ran under a democracy. "Mr. Yaqesh, would you like a drink?" asked one of the representatives. After all the stress of the conference to settle border disputes, he could use a drink, or 7.

As he situated himself in his seat, and reached for his drink, he felt a sharp pain in his ribs, a pain like no other. Then, he felt some sort of liquid spreading across his side, then down his leg. He heard an excruciatingly loud noise, and shouts immediately after that. His vision started to fade as he saw blood pooling on his shirt. After that, everything went blank.

Not much is known about the days before Ejiki's death. He had been on a trip to Europe for a casual meeting with Spain and France. When he returned, stress took over him as he had to attend a conference 3 days after he returned, on expansion borders in Africa. He decided to bring along his brother and 3 other Zulu representatives. When Ejiki was shot, the sniper was also able to pick off the driver of the limosuine, and one of the Zulu representatives.

When Ejiki was shot, there was instantly a reaction. The limosuine swerved to the side, and one of the representatives made an attempt to flee the site. As he was running, he was shot by the sniper. The driver, the scumbag he was, also tried to make a break for it. He wasnt killed instantly, but died of blood loss. Ogadu rushed to his brother's side, as one of the representatives called for help. The third representative, having some medical training, attempted to help Ejiki. He took off his tie, and tried to use it to block the bleeding.

Extensive autonomy is given to individual states, although Rio de Janeiro is kept as the capital of the country to balance the power between São Paulo and Minas Gerais. The government, is of course, very oppressive to left-wing movements and has so far prevented any real labor unions and large movements from forming, but there is growing opposition to the government, even from within it.
