Noticed at least one of the HOF saves have DLCs enabled and I am unable to load the file to take a look. Question I guess is installing/enabling this affecting the game at all? I didn't bother looking at any DLCs since they aren't usable here.

Also noticed apparently the HOF save processor isn't able to get any unique seed from the maps as I looked at another group and the initial save doesn't match the actual game played. Not that it mattered to me, I didn't want to replay it, just see what was chosen as a start.

Both of these are in the first sorted highscore, diety cultural etc.

Yes the AIs might act differently for every playthrough from the very same initial save. My theory from reading peoples game reports is (on TSG games!), that there are a few general directions in which the game can go. For e.g. I noticed someone else played pretty much the same game as I did, while two other players played a very different game, but they both had a very similar game with the AIs doing the same in their games.

The saves from vexing indeed do have 3 DLCs enabled. His enemy however wasn't a DLC civ, so it's fine. The only DLC you must not have installed is Wonders of the Ancient World, as it is the only one that changes the game content. All other DLCs are fine to be installed, as long as you then manually chose every enemy to not be a DLC civ.
