Why is it that Germany has such a huge war map? They always reach into Ukraine in my game, and they usually end up taking Scandinavia if the Russians don't. They always take Poland, too. The biggest problem is that they almost always end up being the only real player in Europe because of their massive army. They've made my last three American loads impossible because they've teched to Infantry and vassalized either Spain or France!

Can this be toned down a little bit? Maybe by adding Poland or a powerful Indy spawn to represent Poland, and tweaking down their unit production and tech rate.

I'm not sure if the Germany-Prussia split is already in 1.8, but if it isn't, then this definitely has been fixed, yes.

Yeah, 1.8 didn't have it. It should work better with the SVN versions.

Current SVN is beautiful. Canada as a vassal of England would make this perfect, so that the Americans can liberate North America without controlling all of Canada.
