Hi, I had a blast on emperor/normal as England. Managed to only use 4 settlers to get all my cities around the whole, going Warpath/Sinkships conquer the world and it worked great!

But...

the UHV enter industrial and moderna area is bugged. When I entered industrial area it didnt update... And If I had failed that one it should also had it updated.

The UHV updated as NO when i was first to enter modern area with massmedia tho, so its only the industrial area part that is bugged.

Sorry for the problems. I can't figure out what went wrong because the Industrial era part exactly mirrors the Modern era part. Which tech was it that should have advanced you to the industrial era? And do you have a savegame from before its discovery?

Hi! I found a save in 1817. Just press end turn and I will discover Physics which brings up the industrial era picture and updates the city style to industrial times.

I checked around and I cant find another civ that is "industrial".

The UHV info screen didnt upate there. Maybe thats due to Physics not counting as industiral era for the UHV? no idea.

Thanks for all help and btw this version of England UHV feel realy good. Sink ships, Conquer the world (and now I know its doable without settle spam only) and still manage to do decent at teching.

Lol Indonesia was first at Liberalism that game! I went for Patronage wonder spam before Italy instead and went for Military science instead of Liberalism to sink my 50 ships and have fun with Privateers :-)

The goal itself works fine; I have discovered that Frederick beat you to the Industrial Era by discovering Communism. That's not very intuitive, though, and I think I will remove the alternative prerequisite of Corporation for it (from the background, it makes sense, but I don't think you should be able to discover Communism without undergoing a industrial revolution first, so I'll make Steam Power mandatory).

The display is a little confusing, though, because it only tells you if the goal is failed when England discovers a modern tech. I'll adjust it like the other tech goals so you get notified as soon as someone beat you to them.
