Why is this game being called the Multi-Team Demogame III? Shouldn't it be called an Inter-Site Demogame? It seems previous inter-site games were called inter-site, why isn't this one?

Because the game was proposed in August last year as a sequel to the previous two CFC MTDG's, and the idea for making it an intersite game really only came a few months ago. I'd agree with you that "ISDG" makes more sense, but changes to forum names don't happen quickly around here. Besides, the name really doesn't affect anything we're doing here. :)

I think we should call it the World Cup of Civ! Too bad the Chinese team wasn't able to join :(.

Well the game is going to be around for a while, so there should be time to make the change if people don't object to it.

Or, given the approximate starting time, the Civ Olympics... :p
