Is there anyone here that can change the editor slightly so that it allows me to have to techs that are each others prequesits?? I need that but it wont allow me to do it...

Even if you could do it in the editor, it'd probably crash the game ;)

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to do this? Is it an attempt to gain civ-specific techs (I thought of trying reciprical requirements for that myself) or something else?
