We'll, we've got this thing underway, we might as well think of some names for our new cities. Ideas?

When it come around to me being allowed to name a city then I would choose The Akasha.

As for general suggestions how about:

Balaclavia
Assisted Suicide
Resenance Cascade Scenario

Archer 007

How about just numbering them. 001, 002, etc.

Sorry, numbers are too boring and generic for me for this game. I suspect Assisted Suicide might be a bit controversial, as well, and I would suggest not using it. I like the other names, however. :)

Just supplied a bunch of city names to the GC Multiplayer Demo game, so my creativity is a bit used up at the moment. I think Neumatic would work for my city, however. I may come up with some others later if we need them.

It's the name of the active ingredient in the cough & conjestion mixture I've been giving Lucy all week for her cold!

If on a River: Lucy's Crossing
Otherwise: Ft. Lucy

Not very creative, but a start :D

Is that the same as Ipecac? I thought that was an emetic, not a cough/cold formula.

Ipecacuana? What are you giving your child, Jayne?

Personally, I'd like to see a 'Doughnutia' somewhere...

As a serious suggestion I would like to see the name Chitchen Itza used. It was the ancient capital of a South American astrology race known as the Mayans.

Leowind: Thanks for the Lucy sugestions! :goodjob:

Yes, ipecac does sound Mexican, and yes, ipecac is an emetic in large doses but in small doses it's a good expectorant (when I'm not Presiding over CFC and being a Mum, I'm a pharmacist! ;) )

If/when we build that canal city, it seems appropriate to name it either "Suez" or "Panama".

If you find a nice city site with lots of trees, I'd be flattered if it were named "Enchanted Forest"

"Enchanted Forest" is the name of a kiddie theme park about an hour up the road from where I live  Would be great fun to have a city named that in the game :D

That's actually where I got the name. I went there several times myself (grew up in Salem). I think it was not an uncommon name for kiddie parks because there was one (since closed down) near where I live now that my wife went to when she was a kid.
