It seems that I can clearly recall the last time Cyc was governor. ;)

I believe Cyc definitely should get the nod for this province. If he does half the job he has done for North Province over the terms, then this province will be in excellent hands.

Not only were was Cyc a good governor, but he was an excellent Domestic Leader as well.

The citizens of Cyc's future province are still in resistence! They must know he's coming... :p
