Stuck_as_a_Mac Mar 28, 2003, 07:40 PM A CJ and 3 govs.. pretty good for just needed apointments. And I urge those who loose Gov races to take a job
Feodor Ardent Mar 28, 2003, 08:30 PM Jeepers, I won already? I was going to spend the night working on my speech!
:tank: [dance] :D :band:  [dance] :tank:
If none of the uncommitted citizenry offers to run Quellewasser, I'll volunteer to serve as appointed governer.
Langrave Feodor
Feodor Ardent Mar 28, 2003, 08:47 PM Since I failed to move swiftly enough to do so on the nomination thread, I would like to thank the worthy citizens who supported my nominations for both Governer of Quellewasser and Military Leader.
Feodor :goodjob:
(Currently polishing his newly whitesmithed gold stars and braid.)
PS I would also like to thank whoever leaned on the management to get rid of that wretched, annoying Core ad. Not bad enough that it is the stupidest concept for a movie to come along since . . . well, at least since that slasher tooth-fairy flick this winter.
:vomit:
Octavian X Mar 28, 2003, 10:36 PM Congrats, Feodor. Though I'm not so sure if Lincoln is happy about this. :)
Also, someone put me down of Chief Justice if this Presidential business goes bad...
CivGeneral Mar 28, 2003, 10:49 PM Feodor - Have you checked your PM box? :)
Feodor Ardent Mar 28, 2003, 10:51 PM Yup. Figured it would be improper to answer until after the results are in.
CivGeneral Mar 28, 2003, 10:54 PM Feodor - Just wanted to let you know, since I am interested in helping you along ;).
Ill look into the other unfilled offices :).
Feodor Ardent Mar 28, 2003, 10:55 PM Congrats, Feodor. Though I'm not so sure if Lincoln is happy about this. Because he knows I'm plotting his doom . . . ?

CivGeneral Mar 28, 2003, 10:59 PM BTW, what is Strider going to do when he wins Science
CivGeneral Files his Applications for Trade Leader
naervod Mar 29, 2003, 12:17 AM Wow, I would think someone would want the Chief Justice position..., well at least I get to vote on the new one.
I just realized, I have entered my first Cabinet position. [dance]
Knock 'em dead Feodor! I'll always be willing to help with military planning.
:nuke: :sniper: :soldier::die: :rocket: [plasma] :tank:
CivGeneral Mar 29, 2003, 12:20 AM @Naervod - Congrats :D, bty party has brackets in it like this -> [party] :).

Special thanks to CT and Naervod for their initiative in helping with the election cycle this term. :goodjob:
I wish I could help with the election cycle, Shaitan, would it be possible for me to help with the election cycle next term :).
Shaitan Mar 29, 2003, 11:52 AM Absolutely. When we get close to the cycle (around the 20th) send me a reminder PM and I'll let you know what you can do to help.
Thanks for the offer!
Chieftess Mar 29, 2003, 11:55 AM And, make sure to copy the info from the last elections. (like the map info). There's also a line like, *Map does not reflect current/future conquests, which you could put if we're in the process of carving out the province. BTW, it looks like "To Dye For" might come JUST to late for any elections.
Paalikles Mar 29, 2003, 02:06 PM Congrats all positioned officials. Let's hope for much excitement in the next term as well - perhaps even more participation in the various parts of the game.
*Paalikles pours himself some fine single malt wiskey*
Cheers
@to dye for:Err. That's not really a problem - leave it to the Donovan Zoi, we all know he can handle it :)
Stuck_as_a_Mac Mar 29, 2003, 02:07 PM A note of a different tune:
CTs DPing. We may just have "To Dye For" by the end of the term.
Civanator Mar 30, 2003, 12:58 PM I would like to fill governor position of "To Dye For"
naervod Mar 30, 2003, 04:26 PM There is a nomination thread if you want to nominate yourself.
Noldodan Mar 30, 2003, 04:28 PM You mean there WAS a nomination thread. Somebody closed it.
Shaitan Mar 30, 2003, 04:34 PM The nomination threads are for the elections. They close when the elections start. Any positions not filled by election will be filled by the President of term eight.
naervod Mar 30, 2003, 05:13 PM I meant there were nomination threads that were started after the elections for "To Dye For" and "The Shore"
Shaitan Mar 30, 2003, 05:29 PM Ah, I see. Those need to be done by the T8 president and need to not be in the main forum.
