year: 1405

I had just researched the musketman and political tension was growing. As always i discided neutrality and isolate myself. it was no for long until the French saw chance at my precious Saltpeter. They invaded from the east by south. But in the hills i managed too halt there storm run across my lands, they where slowly drivin back. Yet did i knew this waqs just the beginning.

year: 1788

the French have been weakend by war against the German, who grew too a world nation in a very short time. i was the advanced nation, but the most isolated. I had just got the Rifleman and i heard words that me (in the mean while colonies) might be able too suply Rubber, that was the reason too put everything on getting Infantery.

Year: 1812

Infantery was ready for training and indeed my colonies suplied Rubber. But the tesion in the world had just gottne worse and the Persian where still looking for Rubber themselves. In the mean time 4 nation where the balance of power: America(me), Persia, England(was catching up in Tech) and the powerfull German, whos army counted far over 250 men. but still i had an Tech advantage. Then it happend Persia declared war, and the Germans followed, with in no time the world was against me...i was now standing alone against 14 Civ's. I had a great economy and rushed too the lines with my Infantery....the line no stretched over 30 tiles. I build Fortresses every where, Artilary...you name it. And then, they came. An force of over 300 units strong had arrived. I was terrified.

i could feel that the moral amongst the men was low, what chances do i have. I kept up the good hope but i couldn't even believe it my self. the hudge hordes where preparing too attack across a lenght of 6 tiles. they where ling up there cavalry. My troops where getting ready for this storm attack. If but one section of the line would break, we would be doomed. Then i recieved some good news from my Navy Comm's, they have succesfully pounded the fleet of the Persians who where now withdrawing back too port. i spread the word and u could see the men's moral boost. The wispering was interupted with the sound of the first shot, the shot sound the attack.

A charge i never seen before was coming right for me, knowing that these weapons have better range and aim then the old ones the order was simple "Fire at will". The first shots fell and riders where falling too the ground. Now everyone was shooting and charge for a moment seemed slowed down. An explosion shocked everyone, friend and foe. The Artillery had started shooting, Artillery have never been tested in war, bit already i like them. entire colones where eradicated with there consentrated and accurate fire power. Everyone was getting ready for the smoke too clear and the enemy too come and attack....they didn't came. When the smoke cleared it was obvious that the first attack was deflected, no damage so far. No casualties.

All over the line i heard good reports of defending there ground.
The German would retaliate soon......very soon. 2 Day after this victory they attacked the far north cities, one had just a single regiment stationed there and as run over, but not without doing some damage.

The war was going much better then expected

after many attacks, the front totaly jammed. but i could strike from behind the line, Paris and an other French city where in range from my line. I bombed both too a pulp, destrying houses, barracks, docks and temples. My fleet was suffering severe oposition from enemy Iron Clads but they where able too keep em off my beaches. A small fleet of Iron Clads sailed too the coasts of China, there they stopped merchant ships and bombed cities.

But a new treat had emerged, my colonies, they where know under attack. My Infantery there where also able too stop them and the line froze too. In my tension of this war i forgot about a small Caraval, it lay ancor outside Zululand. Many ships passed but non payed attention too it. surprising. I knew i could survive as long as the line would hold. I researched many Tech's and could build aircraft and Destryers and Tanks...but i had no oil, it lay outside my territority and i dare not too leave. But then, the Persians launched there first Destroyer, far better then the Iron Clad. I was unable too sink it, but then my fears caome true, the
English had used there first tank. It was an monster and the colonie barely survived, thnx too the artillery.

i was getting in trouble now, but the other countries where getting war weary, Zulu had already descended into Anarchy. Peace was getting close, and with in a few hard working years the first treaty was signed. Peace was getting one step closer.

But the Germans still persisted in war, till it got an new enemy, growing china. And with German casualties over 150 and the total losses over 300, they could not continue in this war. And in the year 1988 the final peace treaty was signed.

After over a 100 years being under siege we emerged victoriousnever too be oushed around again, later on our Tech advantage led us too a space race victorie where we left the other starring at our work. Only too be the first on the moon adn first with a nuke, peace was lasting and my boarders where open. War was a thing of the past
