I wasn't happy after all with the modified Hydro Plant graphics for my trade center exclusive to democracies. Luckily the goldmine that is the city view filler graphics provided with a bleak looking industrial age building that is just what I was looking for. Cut'n'paste over grass, moved the front door, added a path and couple of trees - that's it. This time the build icons are done right from the start - I'm starting to get the hang of this.
