Well, this is a generic white guy. I'm personally using him as a leaderhead for Hungary because I simply wanted to add Hungary to my game. A city list and leader list (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49395) were compiled by thestonesfan, the Covert Civer and the guy with the coolest avatar.

Here are the files. Everyone can thank GIDustin for converting the .avi movies into usable CivIII files and for making the diplomacy and Civilopedia stuff. Thanks, GIDustin! :)

No, the mountains are not from Hungary. I guess this guy originally came from Alaska, and then settled in Hungary, later becoming the king. ;) I found the mountian background before I knew that I was going to use him for a Hungarian leaderhead. I thought the mountain scene looked good though so I kept it. Let's pretend it's the Alps in the way, way, way far away deistance. :)

Damn he's ugly! (though not as ugly as I am... ;) )

and besides, Hungary is in the game already (well actually it's a barbarian tribe Magyar)... but that doesn't seem to be not enough... ;)

True, but aren't the Mongols in the game already as barbarians? Actually they are twice I believe (Mongols and Tartars). And Firaxis themelves added them as a civ.

Stephane or Stephan in French, Stefan in German, Stephen or Steven in English... all these names have the same meaning : very nice guy :D
I'm sure at least Kryten will agree with me.

 Well, to almost get back on topic ( ), the reason the leaderhead is called Stefan is that I got it from the Swedish "Nationalencyklopedin", which has all names of kings in Swedish. This can be quite irritating, you're reading of the English king Jakob, and realising that they mean James. :D
And I don't know the Hungarian version of Stefan, so it stayed Swedish.

I was browsing old topics, since I was away for a few months, so I answer your question:

Stefan or Stephne is Istvan in Hungarian. Szent Istvan = Saint Stephen
Little more infos about the 'saint' part:

Saint-King Stephen "the Great" (Szent István király, in Hungarian) (about 975 - August 15, 1038)
Stephen was canonized by the Vatican as Saint Stephen of Hungary in 1083.

Also, Steven's (István's ) pagan name was Vajk, because he was a saint that was born pagan :)

The modern times background (Chainbridge) would be more appropriate for the Industrial times (the Chainbridge was the second of such bridge in the world and was built in the 1840s in Pest-Buda and still standing there though the name of the city is Budapest now...)
