The Bahamas I believe were British in 1962? As was Belize (they are two different colors...).

Question: wouldn't you, as a civ player, having all these nukes given to you at the start of the scenario, just blast the crap out of you enemies?

Very nice work. Perhaps a little overloaded.
Of course i nuked em all in the first round. I was suprised that they answered with just 2 ICBMs. I mean, u don t start nuklear war with 2 Nukes and give the enemy time to respond.
But nice work anyway ; )

But I do think I added to to many. I'll lower it.

New version is out. I lowered Cuba's nukes to about 4 or 5.

Nuking on the first turn is a vaible strategy, still, although not as strong.

Very fun to play especially if you live in Miami ( passport needed to visit). Thanks for putting it together.

Yes, it will be more complex. I almost had it done on my ME System before we swirched to XP and it erased everything (should have backed it up):(
