apparently SC has a bad user name... http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/wink.gif he could receive all PM messaages even though you see those Telegragged errors. SC once told me: "Why do I keep getting several copies of the same message!?". http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
