Process:
A screen shot will be taken and posted for each start-up screen.
When the game starts a screenshot of our starting position will be taken and posted.
After chatroom discussion on direction of travel we will move our worker and scout (if applicable) to expose terrain.
We will not settle our first city or proceed past turn 0 in this chat.

I also believe we should randomly determine the nation that we'll play before starting the game, so that we can name our nation accordingly.
