Yoda Power May 02, 2003, 04:35 PM Nice. Are you going to complete all the other leaderheads too?
embryodead May 02, 2003, 05:14 PM Thank you! I waited long for this :)
I also still wait for your Gustaf II Adolf (he is the only one missing in my standard Civ3 game)
mrtn May 02, 2003, 05:38 PM Sweet!
He looks really bad. I'll probably want to use him in a Lone Wolf mod, as Darklord Vashna.:satan:

Costa e Silva May 03, 2003, 03:33 AM Just perfect!
Please! Could you consider my request?
I really want Ramses II for the Egypt...
Motives:
1- Cleopatra were white!!! The Black Pharaohs are the Lybian dinasty (800 to 600 BC).
2- Cleopatra were greek!!! She was descendent of Pytolome...
3- Ramses rules!!! He lenght on power had during 50 years!!!
I believe that Yul Bryner (actor from Ten Commandments) will be a good model to start...
I am using Atawalpa for Inca, and Zawditu for Songhay.
Now i wait for Gustav...
Amazing work...
Thank you.
Sorry for my english...

Sorry for my english... Piernik already made an anciant male Egyptian leaderhead.
Costa e Silva May 03, 2003, 12:57 PM Thank you Master Yoda.
I have seen it before, but i don't liked so much.
I am using im my game Kasimir for Poles (a master piece!!!), and Atlas for Egypt (like Sethi, father of ramses). That unit didn't have era especific grafic's.
And like many i missed civ I classic leaders!!!
This is why i am requesting... But thanks anyway!
xghost May 04, 2003, 07:11 AM Stellar leaderhead Sween32. You really bring the dark lord to life. :goodjob:
Celeborn May 05, 2003, 03:59 AM cool...
Grandraem May 05, 2003, 09:04 AM Great Leaderhead Sween. Are you still working on the elf one you posted some time ago? And if so, will it be done soon?:)
mrtn May 14, 2003, 09:59 PM The bad news is that there is a transparency problem in MordorLARGE.pcx. :(
http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads4/sauron_transparency_problem.JPG
The good news is that I fixed it. :D The black in the pic is now slightly lighter {(12, 9, 9) instead of (0, 0, 0)}, but I don't see any difference. And it works in-game.
chesspatzer May 15, 2003, 06:46 AM sween32: I installed it last night and it looks good! I'm using it for Russia. It's just like putting a bag over Catherine's head! Good Job.
I would prefer to have it a little lighter, especially the breastplate, so that I can see a little more detail. Can you do that?
sween32 May 15, 2003, 02:29 PM cool! thanks mrtn! i'll add it to the zip on my site tonight! :D
chetz, it's supposed to be dark. besides, i don't feel like rendering this one again. this was the longest rendering time of all of my leaderheads. just one animation rendering takes longer then 4 eras of my other leaderheads.

First, try chess OR patzer for shorthand. "chetz" sounds too much like 'putz' (but may be applicable).
Second, as in the NFL, "upon further review", I like it the way it is! I just had the lights up too high in a sun filled room. Later on, it looked great!!! Thanks for your efforts.
unscratchedfoot May 21, 2003, 10:47 PM Cool!! :D Awesome job dude!
Does the sweeny link at top now include the fix martin did?
Blind_Monkey Sep 08, 2004, 02:48 PM The link doesnt work
The Black Glove Sep 08, 2004, 03:07 PM Wasn't Sauron supposed to have an eye in the center of his forehead during the late second age and also during the third age?
mrtn Sep 08, 2004, 04:07 PM This LH is included in the WH mod, and probably in other mods too. Haven't seen Sween around in a while.
tjedge1 Sep 08, 2004, 04:26 PM Sween's site went downa while back. GIDustin and I recovered most if not all of his leaderheads. Juct click on the GIDustin link below and you might find it there also. Otherwise you'll have to download a mod with it in.
citizen001 Sep 08, 2004, 06:31 PM Wooah! that is one mEAN bad leaderhead. does Sauron actually have a face?
odintheking Sep 08, 2004, 07:45 PM Haven't seen Sween around in a while.
Actually, he visited on th 17th of August.
tjedge1 Sep 09, 2004, 06:04 AM He does have a face. If you look closely you can see his mouth in the slit. He's mostly shadowed out though.
citizen001 Sep 09, 2004, 06:10 AM How come in the movie it's none existent almost?
Theoden Sep 15, 2004, 11:55 AM Am I the only one which just get redirected to some kind of advertisement site with absolutely no sign of a civ sauron leaderhead?
mrtn Sep 15, 2004, 01:43 PM Check tjedge1's post five posts above yours...
Theoden Sep 16, 2004, 11:42 AM Ahh I see
Well, great work Sween :goodjob:
CivArmy s. 1994 Sep 16, 2004, 12:07 PM Actually, he visited on th 17th of August.

Yoda Power Sep 16, 2004, 03:19 PM anyone knows why he stopped to post and create?
I think he lost interest with civ, and got busy with other RL stuff.
Teachers Bane Mar 15, 2008, 01:55 PM Sweet!! Do some more! :)
Quinzy Mar 15, 2008, 02:57 PM Hey mate, bumping threads around here is generally concidered to be a bit annoying :) It's not against the rules, but it's forum courtesy not to bump unless it's for something more necessary like an invalid file or some such :)
Blue Monkey Mar 15, 2008, 03:45 PM http://img409.imageshack.us/img409/5687/zombiethreadqs6.png
His first 2 posts & they're both bumps.
Azmorg Mar 15, 2008, 10:41 PM Probably has something to do with his user name.
Anyone that calls themselves "Teachers Bane" is probably a youngin' still thinking girls have germs, or cooties, or something.

Blue Monkey, that post had me
That's at least as good as that "Thread Necromancer" one that's been used before.
