Well I was thinking of maybe some watery spots to break the green blur. http://www.janeresture.com/easter_blackbirders/swamp.jpg and maybe some trees like these (although it should not be to much like a jungle http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/r/t/rtl117/swamp.jpg Well anyway it is good as it is already Ukas May 10, 2003, 10:26 AM Is that second pic from an English contemporary artist's imaginary swamp panorama? If it's not it looks like a part of it anyway. Akula May 11, 2003, 06:23 AM Nice:goodjob: The first picture resembles my back yard a bit;) thamis May 11, 2003, 06:32 AM I can add some water, sure. Colonel Kraken May 12, 2003, 08:33 AM Spectacular, thamis! I like Black Rose's suggestions. That'd look cool. black_rose May 13, 2003, 06:16 AM Originally posted by Ukas Is that second pic from an English contemporary artist's imaginary swamp panorama? Praxis Jul 09, 2003, 02:49 PM Can I switch out the 'tundra' for the 'swap', so I can keep the jungle terrain. How would I do this? I've never liked the tundra very much. :) mrtn Jul 09, 2003, 03:27 PM Originally posted by Praxis Can I switch out the 'tundra' for the 'swap', so I can keep the jungle terrain. How would I do this? I've never liked the tundra very much. :) Forest and jungle isn't a "base" terrain, it's just a "layer" on top of the grassland terrain. Tundra is a "base" terrain, so you would have to mod the tundra quite much to do this. unscratchedfoot Jul 11, 2003, 06:11 AM I think this would make a good replacement for swamp, not forest and jungle. black_rose Jul 19, 2003, 09:22 AM swamp would be a good replacement for ... swamp? I don't get it. There is no swamp in civ3 as far as I know. thamis Jul 19, 2003, 12:01 PM Well... wait and see... *wink* Morfos Feb 14, 2004, 09:35 AM Your attachment won't work. thamis Feb 14, 2004, 10:12 AM download Corey Feb 14, 2004, 03:21 PM Where's the dl link????And it's great! tjedge1 Feb 16, 2004, 03:23 PM Any chance this could be done to replace the marsh tile in Conquests? I don't like their bushy version and the other one floating around looks like a series of mossy lakes. This one looks nice and maybe put a little more water in it. That would be great. Is there any chance of that? I would be happy if it were just made to replace the marsh graphic as it is now. |
