View Full Version : Nuclear War NKorea_Nuke May 11, 2003, 01:35 PM This is my game playing massive nuclear war as America v. all the other civs on Vanilla civ. (I have financial problems  ) More to come soon :D . NKorea_Nuke May 11, 2003, 01:38 PM More About the game I'm playing: I'm playing on a world map that I designed that contains thousands of cattle and wheat and with corruption lowered to only 20% on regent. I started it as a kind of "scenario" in which I put everybody in the correct starting spot. Europe and America have the most cattle to symbolize production in those countries. China and India have bundles of wheat do symbolize the amount of people who live there. I'm describing this only to let understand the game better. :) NKorea_Nuke May 11, 2003, 01:39 PM Oh yes, I almost forgot, my printers broken, so there aren't any good screenies :(. (I'm bad with screenshots anyhow) NKorea_Nuke May 11, 2003, 01:44 PM The Ancient Age: My civ relatively sped through the ancient age as I gained hold of quick techs by beating the AI to goody huts. I defeated the Iroquios neighbors with a massive swordsman war and I headed into the medieval age rather comfortably with settlement all across Eastern North America. Then came an interuption. A massive, immense civ, the Aztecs had a huge amount of J. Warriors, Archers, Swordsman, and Horseman next to one of my cities towards my Southwestern border, New Orleans. Noticing that I only had a single spearman guarding New Orleans, they declared war on me! I rushed my swordsman to the battle. I finally gained foothold of my country, but not until three towns were taken. I would have to accomplish a massive counteroffensive to teach those heathen Aztecs a lesson! NKorea_Nuke May 11, 2003, 01:52 PM By now, I had sped into the medieval age and had discovered Feudalism and Chivalry. I quickly started building a Knight army to attack the Aztecs. Meanwhile, I continued my western push by getting as far as the rockies! DALLAS, AMERICA: The morning light was clear and bright, but the town was in disarray. The despot of America was not doing well enough to maintain his civilization. And, with no armed guard, the Aztecs were approaching. The citizens of America quickly welcomed the Aztec warriors as they took the city with relative ease and with no resistance from the civilians of the city. Washington, America: "How there those thugs in Dallas give up without a fight! " "When I get my knight army to destroy the Aztecs, I'm going to raze Dallas when I recapture it!" "Sire, I beg your a pardon, but it appears that your people are discontent with your rule. May I suggest that you have a revolution to change to a Republic as to a better quality of life for the people?" "Change to a goverment where people vote for the goverment!" "That is blasphemous! I order a goverment change to a Monarch!" American Borderlands, near Dallas: The knight army had advanced all the way to a tile next to Dallas. Only a single regiment of Jaguar Warriors guarded the tratorious town. With firey cry, the General of the American Knights ordered a charge. By night, nothing remained in Dallas but a Fortress occupied by jubliant Knights. The American advances were starting to be worthwhile. NKorea_Nuke May 11, 2003, 01:55 PM In the next few years, the Americans defeated and destroyed the Aztecs. By the end of a long battle, the Americans captured the Aztec capital and renamed it Mexico City. Now the powerful Americans had captured all of North America, and the expansion had gotten all the way to the Pacific Coast. America was booming with power, all because of its Knighted victories in Mexico (Aztecia) . bewareofgnomes May 11, 2003, 06:27 PM do you think you could condense some of these posts into one post? NKorea_Nuke May 13, 2003, 09:41 PM Originally posted by bewareofgnomes do you think you could condense some of these posts into one post? OK. Sure. I'm just getting away with posting to much:lol: . Jason The King May 14, 2003, 03:44 PM to take a screenshot, just press the PrinScrn button (right of F12), then pull up pain and go to edit, then paste. Then you can save it as a jpg or gif and upload it here for us. I would really like some screenies ;) NKorea_Nuke May 16, 2003, 02:12 PM Pain?
