Can be used to make veteran naval units and all kinds of naval activity in a city. Medieval-industrial graphics are based to Suomenlinna sea fortress Naval Academy in Helsinki, Finland and modern is based on U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

I may end up making different ancient and industrial graphics, but these have to do for now. :)
