Actually it was supposed to be an april's fool joke but apparently it was now very serious. Bill gates started to admit that there were studies.. It comes from the British R&D department of microsoft... So I'm quite confused too.

I thought it was a joke as well, then Microsoft UK made it sound real, but later admitted it was a joke.
