New unit finished --> But an unknow bug appear ! (please help)

I've just finished my first real 3d unit, exported all the frames in PSP and created animation with flicster.
But when the I build this unit the whole game freeze and crash !!! :confused: :confused: :confused:
I don't really know what I've done wrong. I've tried to edit her numerous times but don't find the error.
The only strange think I've founded is that the "animation time = 0" in flicster.

Please someone help !!!!!!!!!!!! :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Yep, that's the problem.

What you can do, is either download the last patch to the flicster - of do a'swip-swap'.

Here's how.
1# open a working flic (any of the original civ flics will do, if the frame size is smaller than what you need - in this case 80x70)
2# export the working flic (not on the same folder as the nurse_fidget.pcx -file), increase the size to 80x70, rename it (nurse_fidget) and give it the required amount of frames-per-direction (15 in this case)
3# delete the fresh pcx-file and copy the nurse_fidget.pcx to this new folder
open the storyboard_nurse_fidget.fmx (or whatever) in the flicster... now it should work.

I have flicster v1.0.0 (build 17) is that not already the latest
version ? If not, where can Idownload the latest ???

Yep, you haven't got the latest version. With that version I had once the same problem as you did. Currently it's build 1.0.1 or 1.0.2. You can get the latest patch (not a big file) from the utilities forum, in the flicster thread ;)

you're totally right aaglo, the new flicster version had automatically detected a bug and corrected it when I loaded my flc files ! ;)
