Wave power plant.

Use as a regular power plant, or more preferably a +25% production improvement for coastal cities.

I remember seeing wave power plants like like this some years back but now that I tried looking, all I found was coastal installations where the waves were guided into caverns where the turbines were located. Anyway, this was a quick'n'just-for-fun improvement so I'm not too worried about absolute realism.

I also heard about these a few years ago... But I've also just recently seen something on the Discovery channel which talked about them being used in cities built on the water. They showed several shots of an actual working prototype so the idea apparently isn't dead on the water :) Looks good.

This is an obsolete older model. It's been tried, but always broke due to the power of storms. But I read about another model a few weeks ago, so it might actually get made a working model sometime.

Interesting info mrtn. Maybe I'll try my hand at one of those coastal installations (I believe there's one functional commercial power plant built around that concept) but for now, we just have to hope there are no storms in CivLand. :D
