Hello there
I'm running Civ3 on a powerbook G4 124 RAM.
The problem is that my roads don't look correct. They are actually grey with red dots, just like if their colors were inversed.
All other graphics seem to be ok.
How can I solve that?
Thanks for help

If it's affecting the game play too much, or if it's just too much of a bother itself, try out what Ancestral posted this in the help forum. Hope it helps.
To invert the colors (or deinvert them) on your screen, try this keystroke:
Command+Option+Control+8 (the "8" must NOT be in the keypad).
Or try restarting civ, pausing it (cmd p). Otherwise, I don't think it can mess up anything in the game.
And welcome to CivFanatics, Julie!

Julie, welcome,
If the other graphics look OK then I wouldn't try that - it'll just scare you, as it inverts everything
The roads on my G4/Jaguar tower system show up as brown with grey edges.
Where are the red dots?
What do roads look like in screenshots that you view in these forums?
Are you sure you have not loaded up some graphics mod pack that changes the appearance of the roads?
Also, make sure you are running your PBook display at a reasonable color resolution - millions of colors is the normal setting.

Good point there, AlanH. I just copied and pasted, forgeting that not everything was inverted. I should've said to try that twice, to invert them and de-invert them to see if that would clear up the red dots. Hope that didn't scare you Julie if you tried it out! :crazyeye:
