From the looks of the Title it sounded like an Actuaal Black cat unit that would bring bad luck to whomever it crosses the enemy's path.

You should ask a moderator to change the thread title to "Indian Black Cat". It's basically the security force of India, and I would suggest making it a replacement of the Guerilla.
