I don't know if anybody here has encountered this problem before, (hopefully somebody has) but here it is. I was playing around with the editor and I added three new covs and 5 new units. As far as I know, all of this was done properly. I have playtested all of the civs and units and they all work as they should. However, when I tried to play a hotseat multiplayer game, one of the civs (out of the three) doesn't appear from the drop-down list of civilization choices. Why? I've worked on it and I can't figure it out. It all works fine except when I try multiplayer. Any ideas?

make sure you set all seats as human, AI, or closed leave none opened
