Civ 3 tells me all the scenarios I D/L here are corrupt

First, welcome to Civfanatics! :D

Second, please don't post in quick succession. That constitutes spam, & will be dealt with. Learn to use the "Edit Post" function, like I did with your previous post(s).

Third, please be patient. This is a bulletin board, a forum, not a chat room. It is possible that no one will reply to your query for days. This is especially true right now, as we have had many difficulties with our new server, and the clock functions seem to be screwing with our posts.

Finally, to help answer your question: what version of Civ3 are you using? If you have only the "out-of-the-box" v1.07f, then you will find many scenarios here are non-functional, as they were written for later versions. I would suggest you immediately visit the Patches (http://www.civfanatics.com/civ3patches.shtml) page, and download v1.29f for Civ3.

Also, be aware that if a scenario was written for PTW, it will not work with the original Civ3. Most scenarios indicate, either in their title, or somewhere in the discussion, what version they are for. And if you have more trouble, just ask! :D

sorry for not being patient with the forum but time was of the essance also I dident D/L patch first because I diddent think I needed it =P because I dident see it on FAQ or forum

Ahh it worked!... these scenarios sure take forever for the game to configure though
