I am new here, so I was wondering does the Graphic Wonders appear on the Areial View of the City?

If I understand your question correctly, yes, if you have a Wonder in a city, it is shown in the Aerial View.

(Caveat: Wonders added in user mods will NOT be visible, unless the mod-maker has included Aerial View graphics for them.)
