Thanks

As for the J26 stuff its a unit creation group now located on the CDG website. I belive there is still a J26 thread here on CFC however it is never used anymore. The J26 makes units that have been used by rebels and anti rebel groups governments and organizations. Since the U2 was used by the US in several wars against rebels (Vietnam and ever an updated vertion was used to spy on Iraq) it falls into the anti rebel side of things. Also we seem to have more units from the Cold War era. I think that sums it up.

Check out sween32 posts for a link to the J26 thread.

lol, let's see some rebels afford a system to support and finance a U-2 without waking up to a friendly visitor called "counterinsurgent gunships"

yeah, we create guerilla and anti guerilla material for civ3. and since alot of the things on the guerilla side were actually made by the Soviets, Cold War stuff does fall under our range.

In the PTW editor how do I get the unit icon for this to display? I found no icon in the zip that I could add to the units_32 file, so how do I get the icon?

Thanks!

EDIT: Never mind I figured it all out!

yes you can. Unit creaters make the units for your use. there is no need to ask a unit creator premmison to use a unit in your mod. All that is asked inreturn is that you at least give them credit for the unit in your mod.

Any chance of having a TR-1 made? The TR-1 was the heir to the U2. At one of the air bases I was stationed at, we had TR-1s. :)
