Because of the crisis I've refrained from acting until it has abated. You should all be aware of what I speak. As I'm devoted to serving the people, I'm polling htem now. Should an overwhelming majority appear, I will change my status.

looking at the last t/c, it wouldn't of mattered much if anyone were there or not. Keep on refraining.

If you go back to acting, it might not matter much, because if the elections for JA last 48 hours, like planned, then we will have less than 3 hours to do a PI for Donsig until the next t/c.

P.S. Sorry if I'm offending anybody, I'm not meaning too.

EDIT: I made this post last night, when I was very sleepy, and looking at it now i don't understand half of what i said. I wish to change my vote to YES

I actually have no idea what you are talking about...refrain from what? Why?

Is everyone just going to repeat themselves in these bailing threads? :)

Of course you should resume your duties as Culture Minister, curufinwe. You were elected (even if only as Deputy) to guide us Culturally. We didn't elect you to lay around and collect that hefty paycheck for nothing. You still owe it to the people to fulfill your obligations.

curufinwe,

Boycotting your position will do nothing to help our current situation. If you have a dissenting voice on this matter, it is all the more reason to stick around and make it heard.

I voted Yes.

I don't expect that Donsig will stop turnchats if you cease activity, instead you'll just be defeating your own objective by giving him carte blanche to act in the absence of instructions. I have my suspicions as to why the current situation is occurring, and believe that the way to ameliorate matters is to step up forum discussion of issues and improve the general quality of turnchat instructions rather than have our leaders sit around on their arses wailing about the unfairness of it all ;)

Curu, please continue your role. I would have to say that a boycot won't help our position, and may actually hurt it, because donsig will run turnchats anyway and won't have your instruction, allowing him to do whatever he pleases constitutionally. Continuing your role will allow us to gather more charges and present even more evidence of unconstitutional action.

As I see a majority in favour of my action, I shall return to it. I wanted to see what the people had to say, and though I disagree, I accept, as I must according to our current constitution.
