Since i live in an apartment, this guy lives below me.

He's a dumbass( 20 year old jock ) that comes up to my apartment to swear at us for disturbing his peace.

Anyway, this one day a police helicopter came hovering ove our apartment announcing something, i think it was that a criminal was on the loose.

None of us could hear what he said, and you know what the guy downstairs said?
