That's the beauty of it! Everyone gets the flavor they want! Though you may request Orange, you will get Wintergreen and then complain that you asked for Orange, then you'll get Spearmint and complain again, then Cinamon, then Wintergreen AGAIN, and then finally get Orange... IF you're lucky.

I suppose all the flavors not chosen could be in the Cabinet...

One problem is that to be President one has to be at least 35 years old. Tic-tacs that age would be rather moldy, to say the least.
