i think we should just delete both the germans and the americans. both are pretty useless. instead i would make soviet union or something. we could also delete the japanese and make sweden out of them.

As zulu has inimitably pointed out, you posted this in the wrong forum. Only actual downloadable utilities should be in the Utilities subforums. Question/Request threads should be made in the main Creation & Customization forum.
