The ladder is a league where you get ranked and you could enter in tournements. If you quit you have to report losses which is great. The two good ladders that have lots of people on them are:

*civ3players ladder( my choice )
*battlefield:ninja: :rocket:

head over to www.myleague.com/civ3players/ and go over to free signup. Go to where it says "at this link" at the end of the paragraph. Email and admin and say you want to be part of the ladder, then in about a day youll be in!

We are a ladder for PBEM games, we are dedicated and about 95% of games are completed on way or another.
