I'll start with the Norwegian comic Pondus. It's about a bus-driver with an insanely huge knowledge of football and a fanatical love for Liverpool, and his friends and family. Great stuff! Somebody has taken the pains to translate it into English, so you can read it even if you're not fluent in Norwegian.
