Any thoughts on how we might culture flip that thorn in the side called Istakhr?

Also is there any danger if we go through with attacking Egypt, that the captured cities could flip away from us? What needs to be done to ensure we keep them?

Well, the Istakhr problem is being taken care of as best as it can.

As for Egypt, the Thebian area may call for some lib/temp rushes. Besides that, as long as the war is a quick one, we should have no problem with flips.
