Has anyone ever heard of Max Boot's book, Savage Wars of Peace: Small Wars and the Rise of American Power?

So tell us about it. Convince us that Boot's book is worth reading.

I agree with Yncs

It details all of the small wars fought by the US from the late 1700's to modern days; he really goes in depth in discussing how then affected the country. Although it's mainly narration, it's rather good narration.
