Whenever I go and try to edit the rules, I only can see the upper 3/4ths of the rules; the other 1/4 is under the bar with the start menu (sorry, don't know the name). I've tried moving it up, but I still can't see it all. This is especially true for the Civilizations menu. Any thoughts? :confused:

Try to temporarily set a higher screen resolution (even if you have to lower the number of colors or the sweep frequency).

You run under a relatively high res and have increased your font size for windows? I´ve done the same, and the rules window in the Civ editor is a bit too large here too (not as large as in you case, though).

Thanks! That was the problem! Now all I need to do is figure out how to add units, resources, wonders, improvements, advances, do the civilopedia, get the art files right... ;)
