As the subject says, that's what this thread is about. I want to possibly make a smaller map version of my ACW scenario, for faster games and faster loading time.

I dont think so a tool exists. However with the bmp to bic utility you can make outlines for a map, then just fill in the terrain. I can make the outlines, if you just tell me the stats:)

btw: outlines=river, coastline and mountains.

This would be a good one for someone to make. I can see the time savings. It should scale up also. One of these days, I'll have to look at the bix file format...
