Since Ill be getting my laptop tommorow (Though technicly Today). I was wondering if RoN is compadible with today's Laptops (Yes, I know RoN needs a mouse, luckly the one Im getting has a mouse jack)

I use a laptop (WinXP) and it works. It didn't work on my older Win98 though...

Oh, and make sure to try and get a screen res higher than 800x600

I think it if can run DirectX 9 then you should be ok, But you probably know by now weather it works or not.

I tried to run it on an old C333 Mhz laptop, but had some problem loading graphics, I might be able to update drivers, but weather or not its worth playing on this sort of machine is questionable, if have a desktop that does the job fine (the laptop is for PBEM civ only these days)

I know this is OT but what laptop are you getting CG. I am thinking of getting one too and would be interested to know which ones you think are worth the money.

The Laptop I have gotten was the one I bought through the college :).
