Militarizm is the most popular civ-like PBeM (Play by e-mail) strategy in Russia. It was not available in English before, but now this changed.

Most important game features.
Six different types of diplomatic treaties.
Your unit's can protect ally's city without conquering it. Also your units can be located at the same cell with units of other states.
You can repair allied forces in your town just like your own.
Each unit type has special bonuses against each unit type.

PBeM and HotSeat modes (no single player). LAN is also poorly supported.

English version is still not officially released and the documentation is not translated... But you can start playing first testing party even now. Just tell me that you want to participate and i'll send you client software and brief documentation.

English download was removed till official release, but you still can e-mail me to get it before.

I doubt that Galaxy (Galaxy Plus, Dragon Galaxy, Pegasus Galaxy) is much more popular than Militarizm in Russia.

However Militarizm is also good.

Hm... Atz (game developer and owner) delays official release and opening of official english site. Anyway, the documentation is still not translated.

English site started to work in test mode - http://militarizm.mailinfo.ru . The client software is still unavailable for free download, but you can ask gamemaster to get it by e-mail.

We need native English speakers to correct the translation of English documebtation.

No. Some maps have mountains, deserts, forests that change stats of different units
